Stem

Gluing stem onto the bottom was a relatively straightforward task. According to the manual you should screw a vertical wooden cleat onto the bulkhead 4, but I used a wooden block wrapped into plastic and clamped to the BH4 and stem. There was also another wooden block at the bow to keep the stem straight.
