Jig
For the building jig I bought lowest grade 18 mm conifer plywood sheets from the local hardware store. In addition to that some excess boards and screws were used. The most challening part was lofting the arches and the most time-consuming cutting the cross panels, but neither of them was rocket science. It’s good to check that top of the jig is level to be able to check that the boat part on top of it are level too.
